Jiaxing College is a regular undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2000, formed by the merger of the former Zhejiang Economic College and Jiaxing College. It has three campuses and 57 undergraduate majors, among which the Fashion Design and Engineering major is listed as a characteristic major construction project of Zhejiang Province's universities during the 13th Five Year Plan period.
